Hi, I'm Josh.

I believe getting older should mean getting stronger — not slowly giving things up.

Somewhere along the way, we started treating our 50s, 60s, and 70s as the years to wind down and expect less of our bodies. I've never believed that. The people I work with aren't trying to relive their 20s — they want to feel capable in the life they have now. To get off the floor without thinking about it. To travel without paying for it the next day. To keep up with the people they love.

That's the work I care about, and it's why I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach focused entirely on adults over 50. Not at all — and that's the whole point. Meeting you exactly where you are is the entire job. Every program starts from your current ability and builds gently from there. You never have to "get in shape first" before reaching out.

We meet by video call to plan and check your form, and you follow a simple written program at home. Between sessions, you can message me directly whenever something feels off. No gym required, no guesswork — just a clear plan and steady support.

Your program is built around your health history and current ability, and we start gently and progress at a pace that's right for you. If anything falls outside my scope, I'll tell you honestly and encourage you to check with your doctor before we begin.

It's a relaxed 30-minute conversation about where you are, what's held you back, and what you'd love to be able to do. There's no fitness test and no pressure. If we're not the right fit, I'll say so honestly.
